The agency alleges the emcee is a UK citizen who has been living in the country illegally since overstaying his visa as a child. In the days since he was apprehended, the rapper’s lawyers have confirmed he was born in the UK and that he did overstay a visa, but as he was just a child his in-doubt status is due to something he had no control over. US Rep.
